High Level Political Forum

How can we ensure that the resources needed are effectively mobilized and monitored?

The UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development is the main global forum for reviewing successes, challenges and lessons learned in achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Voluntary National Reviews, which form the main discussion points for the High-level forum, facilitate the sharing of experiences and lessons learned, with a view to accelerating the implementation of the 2030 Agenda. They also seek to strengthen policies and mobilize support and partnerships for the Sustainable Development Goals.

From the adoption of the SDGs in 2015 to the conclusion of this year’s Forum, nearly 142 countries will have submitted their reviews, showing immense support for delivering on the SDGs.
